Deschutes River 3 Day, 2 Night Trout Package

Float and fly fish 35 miles of the best trout water on the Deschutes River.  Each day enjoy fly fishing new water, drifting through new scenery, and arriving each evening at a fully prepared camp to enjoy appetizers, beverages, and hearty meals.

Trout Creek to Maupin Float

Your three day Deschutes River float trip begins at Trout Creek.  You will meet you guide there at 8:00 am.  Shortly after loading your bags and stringing your fly rods, you will be stepping foot into our McKenzie style drift boats.  This 35 mile stretch of river is rich with scenery and wildlife, and full of big trout.  This is where you are likely to see bald eagles, bighorn sheep, black bear, and more.  Anglers who get hooked on fishing this stretch of river rarely go back to the day float.

What is Provided

On three day float trips River Runner Outfitters will provide a guide and boat per two anglers, all meals, snacks, and beverages, camps, and camping equipment, and dry bags.  You will need waders and wading boots, an Oregon angling license, a BLM boater pass, and a sleeping bag and pillow.  We will gladly assist with these items, not included in the price of your trip.
