Deposit

A deposit of USD100.00 per angler/day is required to secure your reservation.  This deposit is due at time of booking, and non refundable less than 30 days prior to trip date.  To pay a deposit online, select one of the guided trips to the left.  You can take care of the balance later.

Balance

The remaining balance of your trip is due thirty days prior to your trip date.  Full payment is due at time of booking on trips booked less than 30 days in advance.  The balance of your trip is non refundable.

Payment

You can pay your deposit online.  Select one of the guided trips to the left.  This will secure your trip dates and get you the information you need to start planning.  Balances may not be paid online.  Your deposit and/or remaining balance may be payed with a credit card by calling our office at (541) 978 - 0152.  You may also send a check to the following address:

Cancellation

If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your launch date, your deposit is 100% refundable.  If you pay your full balance and cancel more than 30 days prior to your trip date, your full balance is 100% refundable.  Payments (deposits and balances) are non refundable less than 30 days prior to your trip date.  In the event that River Runner Outfitters cancels a trip, all payments are 100% refundable.
